Bio
Karyn Lao is a multimedia artist whose work explores interconnectivity through play. She received a BFA in Fiber at the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, MD. Karyn’s work experiments with color, material, place, and participation. She believes pompoms have the power to bring communities together.
